Do you want to encourage your child’s love of reading? Join Ms. Nancy on Thursday, February 18th, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm for Book Adventures!

Members ages 9 – 11 discuss a book each month and then choose a new book to read for the next month’s discussion. For February we are reading The Westing Game. Written by Ellen Raskin, The Westing Game is a Newbery Medal-winning mystery novel where sixteen strangers are gathered for the reading of eccentric millionaire Samuel W. Westing’s will, only to find they must play a game to inherit his fortune.

New members are always welcome to join our Adult Book Club! For February, we are discussing The Berry Pickers by Amanda Peters on Wednesday, February 18th, from 3:00 – 4:00 pm.

Join us on Saturday, February 7th, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm for an opening reception for Nyack Art Collective Members Show. All are welcome to attend. The show will feature artwork in a variety of media by members of the Nyack Art Collective. 

Nyack Art Collective (NAC) is a not-for-profit, member-managed, multi-disciplinary art association. Founded in 2013 by a small group of artists in Nyack, it is now comprised of approximately 100 visual artists from the greater New York area.

Nyack Art Collective has Member Exhibitions in The Gallery at The Burger Loft, 3 North Broadway, Nyack and hosts free, public artist receptions on the first Friday of every month.

Ms. Nancy is now offering 2 storytimes on Wednesdays- Morning and Afternoon! Join us for storytime from 10:30 – 11:00 am or from 3:00 – 3:30 pm. We will have stories, songs, and fingerplay. No registration necessary.
