We invite you to visit the library anytime we are open to see our Annual Student Art Show. The show will be on display through June 21st.
This year’s theme is “Our Town” and will include projects inspired by, that’s right, our town- Hudson River paintings (acrylic on canvas) inspired by the 19th Century Hudson River School of Artists; pop art paint and ink collages inspired by our local architecture and the art of contemporary artist Marz, jr.; and 3D forest scenes inspired by Tallman Mountain State Park and the work of German artist and illustrator Antje Damm. Come see what our talented young artists have created in our art classes for grades 1 – 12 taught by Alexis Starke. The show will be up for the month of June.
