November 17, 2021 By Mitchell Eiss

Join us Wednesday, November 17th, at 7:00 pm.

Can you eat that fish from the Hudson?

Did you know that due to chemical contamination, women and children should not eat any fish from the Hudson River? Or that certain fish are so contaminated, that nobody should eat them? Join us for a bi-lingual webinar in both English and Spanish to find out about the NYS Department of Health’s Hudson River Fish Advisory, and learn about alternate locations in Rockland to catch fish the whole family can eat! Workshop leader: Jen Zunino-Smith, Environmental Educator from Cornell Cooperative Extension, Rockland County with a master’s in Environmental Science from Pace University
