America 250 T-Shirt Design Contest

Piermont Library America 250 T-Shirt Design Contest Guidelines
Eligibility
:
The contest is open to artists in two categories:

👕 Kids’ T-Shirt Category: Open to students in grades K–12

👕 Adult T-Shirt Category: Open to participants ages 18 and up

Design Specifications:

• The theme for the design is: “Where History Turned the Page — Piermont Library Celebrates 250 Years of America.” (Wording does not need to be included in the design).
• Artwork must be the original creation of the participant
• Designs may be in black & white or color
• No copyrighted images
• Designs should be clear and suitable for T-shirt printing
• Digital or hand-drawn artwork is accepted
• Put your name on the back of the drawing, not the front (so that artwork can be judged anonymously)
• Include a completed entry form

Judging Criteria:

Designs will be evaluated based on:

• Creativity and originality
• Connection to the theme
• Visual impact and clarity
• Suitability for printing on a T-shirt
