Dennis P. McHugh Piermont Public Library is holding a Silent Auction! All proceeds will benefit the library and help us to host more programming for the community!
WHEN: The Auction runs from Friday, November 4th at 10am to Friday, November 18th at 5pm
BIDDING: Bidding will take place from 10am on November 4th until 5pm on November 18th. Bidding can be completed in-person at the library, or by emailing email@example.com. Emailed bids must be from the bidder and must include the bidder’s full name, bid amount, and phone number. All bids must be received by 5pm on November 18th to be considered.
WINNING: The highest bid for each item at the auction’s close is the winning bid. Bidders can bid on and win multiple items. All items won should be picked up no later than Saturday, November 26th at 4pm or winning bid will be voided.
PAYMENT: Payment can be made either by check or with cash. PayPal can be used for credit card payments, however buyer must have a PayPal account and must arrange for this payment method in person, at the library.
THE FINE PRINT: All sales are final, there are no exchanges, and all items are sold “as is.” No refunds after purchase. Buyers are responsible for item(s) once they’re claimed. All bids constitute an agreement between the bidder and the Piermont Library wherein the bidder agrees to pay the bid amount to the library in exchange for the goods won.
